Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Assess customer needs and offer product recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling and inform about events/promotions.
• Handle returns and aim to turn issues into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management.
• Support team and help achieve store objectives and a positive environment.

• Work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends and possible overnight shifts.
