Job summary

Orgill in Tifton, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Shipping/Receiving. The role requires forklift certification, adherence to safety policies, and ability to work overtime.

You'll deliver pallets, clear conveyor jams, cut half pallets, dispose of scrap, and maintain dock cleanliness while supporting loaders and other teams. Expect a 5:30 AM–1:30 PM weekday schedule with pay of $17.35 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must follow all safety policies and practices.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pallets to lanes and load conveyors as needed.
• Cut half pallets using a sawzall while keeping surplus for loaders.
• Clear jams on the conveyor to keep the belt running.
• Empty trash and move scrap pallets for disposal or reuse.
• Stock slip sheets and shrink wrap at each lane.
• Sweep trailers and maintain dock area cleanliness.
• Manage damaged merchandise process and housekeeping duties.
