Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser-Small Store to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage equipment at customer outlets. The role supports the Tennessee Valley division with a focus on product presentation and inventory control.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday; 5AM–3PM, with a strong emphasis on customer relationships, safety, and accurate execution of planograms. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain fleet compliance.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a flexible/rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves.
• Rotate and replenish products on displays, racks, and equipment.
• Maintain product integrity and neat backstock, clean coolers and racks.
• Collect breakage and out-of-date product, including pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute success.
