Job summary

Edwards in Salt Lake City seeks a Production/Materials Handler to support Global Operations & Quality and help ensure cardiovascular devices reach patients safely.

You will follow SOPs, enter data into JDE, and maintain material flow in the clean room environment, enabling efficient production and quality control. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork with manufacturing and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of experience related to medical device processes.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of JDE and RF Smart.

Responsibilities

• Review and perform job functions in compliance with SOPs and record traceable information on device history records, including entry into JDE.
• Enter components and/or materials status in JDE to ensure availability in clean room floor stock.
• Monitor and maintain raw materials supply levels for the production line in the clean room, ensuring proper storage and SOP compliance.
• Transport products between operations and place materials at the appropriate work stations in the line clearance process.
• Prepare and distribute material kits for production.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain regular attendance and complete an 8-hour or longer shift; perform general housekeeping and other duties as required.
