Job summary

Separation Technologies LLC (a Titan America Business) in York Haven, PA is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and monitor separation equipment, support plant operations, and perform quality checks during the 3rd shift (4 am to 12 pm).

You will load bulk trucks and railcars, ensure accurate weights and proper documentation, and collaborate with the Plant Supervisor to maintain safe, efficient production and strict adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform duties (standing, outdoors, lifting up to 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Operate separator machines and load-out systems.
• Monitor performance and adjust for safe operation.
• Perform quality testing on ash samples.
• Load bulk trucks and railcars with accurate weights.
• Verify shipping accuracy and document records.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist maintenance.
• Communicate shift handoffs and coordinate with team.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting.
