Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clock in/out for workday and breaks.
• Provide highest quality of service per standards.
• Follow food preparation procedures per guidelines and regs.
• Perform cooking and prep techniques as required.
• Prepare food items per production sheets and chef directions.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to rules.
• Notify management about ingredient discrepancies or safety issues.
• Attend all meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
