Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Forklift Operator in the United States for a Monday–Thursday shift from 4:00am to 2:30pm. The role requires experience with forklifts, RF scan guns, and material handling, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include pulling routes, staging freight, loading/unloading trucks, identifying OS&D, and maintaining safe operations in compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines. OT and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must read and follow work instructions.
• English language skills required.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, and related material-handling tasks.
• Identify and annotate OS&D (overages, shortages, and damages).
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment following TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
