Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking Production Specialists who are detail-oriented, enjoy teamwork, and put guests first. This role focuses on production across Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Typical shifts begin around 3 am–11 am, with a $2.00/hour differential for overnight hours. Full-time flexibility including weekends, holidays, and variable schedules is required. A strong service mindset and 18+ years of age are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions
• Ensure excellent product is ready for our guests by inspecting our store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, completing reports as necessary
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
