The role requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), 2 years of warehouse experience, and strong leadership abilities. Proficiency in Word/Excel and a focus on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff and resolving issues.
• 2 years distribution/warehouse experience preferred, preferably grocery.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and manage teams.
• Proficient with Word and Excel in daily operations.
