Job summary

Crafty is seeking an experienced Barista in Chicago, IL, on-site at a client cafe, to craft high-quality drinks and deliver exceptional hospitality. As the face of our Cafe Program, you'll balance speed, precision, and attentiveness in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage inventory, prep beverages, and collaborate with teammates while maintaining cleanliness and safety. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and requires early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a third wave cafe.
• 2+ years of experience with a manual espresso machine.
• Morning shifts; start times as early as 6am.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted beverages to Crafty standards.
• Manage cafe inventory and restock as needed.
• Deliver warm, personalized hospitality to clients.
• Support opening/closing duties and equipment maintenance.
