Early Preschool Teacher (2's) - Van Alstyne

Join to apply for the Early Preschool Teacher (2's) - Van Alstyne role at Lionheart Children's Academy.

This position is part-time, with a pay range of $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr, depending on experience and education.

Position Overview

The primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, and implementing developmental and spiritual programs for children in the classroom. The role reports to the Academy Director and requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred early childhood education qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare meals and snacks, ensuring nutritional standards and safety protocols are met.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities related to food and nutrition.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and food service areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in food service and knowledge of nutrition is preferred.
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Kitchen Manager or Food Handler Certification.

Additional Requirements
