Job summary

Kohl's in Indianapolis seeks an associate to maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist customers, and support stockroom and omni-channel processes. Early morning shifts start at 6am, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Prior retail experience is not required; candidates must be 18 or older and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $14.10 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Order replenishment of chemicals and supplies and rotate/store properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as instructed.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to coordinate with the store team.
• Support operations to receive/stock products and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services
