Store - HSTN-BUNKER HILL, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure they find what they need. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
2. Ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience and executing cash handling standards
3. Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards, and enrolling them
4. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
7. Completing merchandise recovery, return/go back process, and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock
8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance
11. Promoting a respectful, positive work environment and embodying company values
12. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods
• Walking throughout the store
• Bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, and carrying
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders or similar equipment
• Work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoor work and work hours that include nights, weekends, and early mornings
