General Purpose: The Retail Associate ensures our customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Prioritize safety and practice safe behaviors at all times.
  • Create a secure shopping environment by maintaining awareness and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Greet and assist customers courteously, answer questions, and handle transactions professionally.
  • Support store cleanliness through cleaning tasks and maintaining merchandise organization.
  • Adhere to dress code and represent the company brand positively.
  • Assist with merchandise receipt, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately, demonstrating a sense of urgency to maximize productivity.
