General Purpose: The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean store, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation. They perform various tasks as assigned and may be required to perform additional tasks to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions:

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness to ensure a secure shopping environment
• Greet and assist customers courteously and knowledgeably
• Respond promptly to customer needs and issues
• Support the company brand and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Handle merchandise, including receiving, merchandising, and loss prevention practices
• Follow policies on cash handling, refunds, and inventory management
