General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean store, and proper merchandise presentation. The role involves engaging in various tasks across the store as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety, practicing safe behaviors at all times.
• Create a secure shopping environment, maintain clear egress, and report unsafe conditions.
• Greet customers courteously, assist with merchandise, and handle questions knowledgeablely.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the company's brand and uphold integrity and confidentiality.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with merchandise receipt, presentation, and stock management.
• Understand loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, following all policies.
