Job summary

E.A. Sween Company in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Shuttle Driver/Warehouse Associate to reliably deliver fresh food products to convenience stores along an assigned route. About 60–80% of hours are spent in the warehouse with the rest on the road, and hours include weekends and holidays.

You’ll load/unload, verify orders, operate a tablet, and maintain safety and truck cleanliness. Requires a valid driver’s license; CDL B with air brake may be required. DOT tests apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license; CDL B with air brake endorsement may be required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and push/pull up to 300 pounds with a four-wheel dolly.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures 38–70°F and all outdoor weather conditions.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check; clean driving record (past 3 years/outstanding DUIs).

Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries: deliver to convenience stores on schedule along designated route.
• Navigation: use written and GPS directions to locate stores efficiently.
• Technology Use: operate electronic tablet to record deliveries and daily check-ins.
• Tray Management: collect empty trays from stores during deliveries.
• Safety Training: participate in required trainings and safety meetings.
• Vehicle & Load: perform daily inspections, ensure safe transport, load/unload, and verify counts in warehouse.
• Documentation: complete DOT logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
