Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Driver to deliver excellent member service by transporting members to and from the club within a defined radius. You will follow a set schedule while remaining flexible to changes and will use local area knowledge to assist members as needed.

The role emphasizes safe driving, vehicle cleanliness, and proactive communication with supervisors for any issues. This position offers hourly pay and eligibility for Life Time’s comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or Equivalent required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Advanced knowledge of the surrounding area required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to members to and from the club within the designated radius.

• Know downtown and surrounding area to serve members effectively.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels; report issues to supervisor.

Job description

Position Summary

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to members while meeting transportation needs. This includes communicating with fellow drivers, remaining flexible as needed, and answering members' questions.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides transportation to members to and from the club within designated radius around the assigned club
• Follows assigned schedule for transporting members while remaining flexible for any changes that arise
• Possesses knowledge of downtown and the surrounding area in order to effectively serve members
• Maintains shuttle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and replace as needed. Alert supervisor of any mechanical issues

Position Requirements

• HS Graduate or Equivalent
• Clean Driving Record
• Advanced knowledge of the surrounding area of the club

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
