Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Williamsville, NY, is seeking an in-store shopper to support curbside pickup operations. You will use a company-issued device to manage and fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and quality while engaging with customers.

The role is part-time with morning/afternoon shifts, including weekends. You’ll contribute to fast-paced service, bag items properly, and assist with substitutions and payments as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery or retail.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area
• Properly handle all product, including properly bagging items to reach the customer
• Make appropriate substitutions as needed and process payments
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace
• May be expected to carry out other customer service duties within the store, as needed, including running a register
