• Selected candidates must complete a DOJ/FBI LiveScan.
• Certification (Possession of, or ability to obtain a Food protection Manager Certificate)
• Copy of Transcript (Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade is desirable)
• Resume (Current Resume to include two years of cooking large quantities of food in a commercial or institutional operation)
