Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Retail Associate in the United States (Georgia) to help ensure a positive shopping experience for Customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and operate registers where needed, while supporting safe, clean, and well-presented store areas.

You will collaborate with Associates and Store Leadership, follow company standards, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping environment across all store areas.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with merchandise and questions in a courteous manner.
• Operate registers and handle transactions accurately when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized store areas; follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Support merchandising and store presentation to present merchandise per guidelines.
