Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Understand safety is the number one priority and practice safe behaviors.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free sales floor and report any unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; greet customers with eye contact and a smile.
• Assist Customers in merchandise questions and transactions; greet and thank Customers at the register.
• Provide prompt responses to Customer inquiries and escalate issues to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross Inc. brand in all interactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks and ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
