We value a motivated, client-first professional with CPR/First Aid certification and strong communication skills, ready to grow with our boutique studio and provide exceptional instruction and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with current certification.
• Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
• Availability for early morning and weekend scheduling.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic and safe group Reformer Pilates classes, primarily during early morning and/or weekend time slots.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced clients.
• Ensure proper client form and alignment to prevent injury and maximize results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment before and after classes.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and class attendance.
• Stay current with Pilates trends, techniques, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive and motivating class atmosphere.
