• Keeps all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation information well known.
• Prepares a variety of food items using knives and kitchen equipment.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations for smooth service.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation and proper storage of products.
