Job summary

Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is seeking a hands-on Prep and Breakfast Supervisor to lead morning preparation and breakfast service at our Williston location. This role starts at 5:30 a.m.

and supports food quality, safety, efficiency, and guest service. Responsibilities include organizing prep, supervising breakfast service, enforcing food safety, managing inventory, coaching staff, and providing a smooth shift handoff to restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Breakfast, food-preparation, or shift-leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Reliable availability for a 5:30 a.m. start and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication, coaching, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Morning Prep: Organize prep lists, assign opening tasks, and ensure breakfast items are ready before service.
• Breakfast Service: Coordinate workflow, monitor ticket times and quality, and support the team during service.
• Food Safety: Verify proper temperatures, labeling, storage, sanitation, and food handling.
• Inventory: Monitor prep levels, rotation, waste, supplies, and shortages.
• Team Leadership: Train and coach employees on recipes, equipment, opening procedures, and service standards.
• Shift Support: Set priorities, resolve routine concerns, and provide an accurate handoff to restaurant leadership.
