The Pastry Chef will join a dynamic team and have growth opportunities within leadership, retail management, and pastry specialization. Successful candidates will be able to work early shifts starting around 4am, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must have morning/daytime and Saturday availability.
• 1+ year of large-scale baking/pastry experience with fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods for daily service.
• Follow recipes precisely and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with regulations.
