Qualifications

• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience, decorating pastries.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food safety standards.
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to create pastries and baked goods with attention to detail.
• Stand and walk continuously during shifts with limited seating.
• Work through changes while monitoring what's cooking.
• Shifts start early, around 4am, requiring an early-bird mindset.
