Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Properly uses the POS system to process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and open lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Follows store policies and procedures.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Stocks shelves and maintains merchandising standards.
• Arrives to work by 5:00am when scheduled.
• Ensures a safe working environment by identifying hazards.
