Job summary

BioPhase Inc. seeks a Packager I to assist with packaging, assembly, and labeling of kits and products. You will follow written procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include packaging/labeling per SOPs, recording in Device History Records, operating packaging equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety rules. Prior packaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label kits according to SOPs.
• Record work in Device History Records and related docs.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment following SOPs.
• Keep work area clean and perform Friday cleanup.
• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
