Qualifications

• Warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of spa and wellness areas.
• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Prepare treatment rooms, restock supplies, and maintain linens.
• Monitor spa facilities for safety, comfort, and readiness.
• Replenish towels, beverages, and guest amenities.
• Support spa operations with laundry, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Communicate with the Assistant Bedrock Manager to fulfill guest requests.
• Uphold sanitation and hygiene protocols.
