Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas at our plant. You will learn to operate equipment and handle washing, drying, ironing, and loading of linens for hospitals and medical facilities. A 2–5 day learning curve is typical as you gain proficiency.

This on-site role requires strong teamwork, safety adherence, and the willingness to move between jobs based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Willingness to rotate between all production roles.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soil linen into correct classifications for washing.
• Open customer returned soil bags and pre-sort for the line.
• Move carts to cleaning areas and ensure proper bin placement.
• Operate and rotate through Catcher, Hand Fold, Ironer, and Shipping Clerk roles.
• Maintain quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with loading finished carts for shipment.
