• Preparing food items for cooking.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Frying, baking, or cooking food items.
• Ensuring guest concerns are resolved promptly.
• Maintaining sanitation and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Communicating clearly with guests, teammates, and leaders.
