Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Arnold, MO. Shifts run from 5:00 am to 10:00 am, 5–6 days per week with days off varying. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour as part of a fast-paced, growing team.

The role involves cleaning rooms, restrooms, floors, and windows, plus using KBSPresence for timekeeping. Benefits and additional details are provided to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning according to procedure and scheduling.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris on floors and sales areas.
• Clean windows, polish surfaces, and dust fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and team members.
• Complete sweep logs and operate equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
