Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Janitorial Crew Member. Earn extra income with a flexible schedule on a fast-growing team with leadership opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Starting pay is $18.0 per hour. Shifts are 5AM to 10AM, Monday through Sunday with varying days off. Duties include cleaning rooms, restrooms, floors, and windows, with timekeeping via the KBSPresence app.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety and operating documents (English; sometimes Spanish).
• KBSPresence timekeeping app used for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedures and building schedules.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and dust across the facility.
• Clean windows and polish surfaces; dust fixtures and shelves.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies as needed.
• Complete sweep logs and operate equipment safely.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
