Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-step processes.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds and working in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up, while following safety policies.
