Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering a guest-first experience, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and efficient back-end processes on the General Merchandise floor.

You will support quick guest interactions and work as part of a dynamic team in a busy store environment. The position emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including stocking, signing, and assisting guests during

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout their visit.
• Maintain product availability and stock levels on the sales floor, and operate equipment as needed.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work safely and follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive Up.
• All other duties based on business needs.
