Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking a reliable Care Assistant to support a private in-home client in Lee’s Summit. The role focuses on compassionate personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship within a 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM schedule, with the potential for additional hours for the right fit.

The caregiver will assist with restroom needs, showers, transfers, and daily activities in a respectful, patient, and organized manner, contributing to a safe and dignified home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, professionally or personally.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Show up on TIME!
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs etc.
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/Reminders
