Job summary

Hampton Inn Melbourne/Viera is seeking a Breakfast Attendant/Server to greet guests, set up the breakfast buffet, and provide friendly service each morning. This full-time role offers opportunities to connect with guests, maintain a clean breakfast area, and support a positive hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Morning availability (6:30 AM–12:30 PM)
• Hotel breakfast experience is a plus
• Friendly, helpful personality and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stand and move for several hours
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual English + Spanish and/or Creole is a plus
• ServSafe Certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile each morning
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet with fresh items
• Prepare simple food and beverages (fruit, coffee, hot and cold items)
• Keep breakfast and lobby areas clean and inviting
• Wipe tables, counters, and equipment regularly
• Restock and service juices, coffee, milk, utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Answer basic questions about breakfast, the hotel, or local area
• Assist with inventory and light kitchen prep
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help with closing tasks and daily reset
