Gold’s Gym in Montrose, CO is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to open the gym at 4:15 a.m. on weekdays. You will greet members, help with check-ins, answer questions, and process payments to keep mornings welcoming and efficient.

This role offers a free gym membership and competitive hourly pay. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently and uphold gym policies.

Formación

• Must be available to open the gym at 4:15 a.m., Monday through Friday.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and welcoming demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn membership software.

Responsabilidades

• Follow opening procedures and ensure the gym is ready for members each morning.
• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage member check-ins and assist with questions about memberships, gym services, and policies.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries courteously.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate account notes.
• Keep the front desk and entrance areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate member concerns, maintenance needs, and shift updates to management.
• Uphold gym policies consistently and respectfully.
