Job summary

Dunkin' in Lima is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’s standards, provide guests with great service, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Location: 1122 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH 45804. Shifts vary by demand, starting as early as 4AM and ending around 3PM. You will follow brand standards, assemble orders, and maintain a guest-focused operation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
