Workstream is looking for an Early Morning Fitness Instructor to join the team at The Senator Spa in Augusta, Maine. This role entails leading cardio and strength training classes in a professional Spa environment, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Certified Instructors preferred.
• Experience leading fitness groups is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and enjoyable Cardio/Strength Training classes starting at 6am.
• Experience with resistance training and hand weights.

Job Summary

Voted Down East Best of Maine two years in a row and Best of the Best in the Greater Augusta Area for well over a decade - The Senator Spa is seeking an Early Morning Fitness Instructor who is interested in working in a professional full service Swim & Health Spa.

Successful candidates will bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to meet guest needs and work well with a team of hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Certified Instructors preferred - Functional Training, Dance/Fitness Instruction, etc.
• Experience leading groups also preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing safe and enjoyable Cardio/Strength Training classes starting at 6am or 6:30am
• Experience with resistance training, kettle bells, and hand weights
• Focus on safety-minded, functional training

Pay

Commission; Negotiable, based on experience

Additional off-service hours are available at the Spa Desk.
