Kindly Direct Care in Brick, NJ is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one early-morning shift (6 am–10 am) on Mondays and Wednesdays. You will assist an adult with developmental disabilities at home, provide ADL support, encourage independence, complete required documentation, and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home.
• Provide home-based and ADL support including lifting.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
