Job summary

The Emerald Queen Casino is hiring a Deep Cleaning Worker to maintain a clean casino interior, including carpets, floors, ceiling tiles and vents. The role supports kitchen staff with cleaning tasks and operates in early morning shifts starting at 3am or 4am.

Starting wage is $19.70/hr, increasing to $20.29/hr after completing a 90-day orientation. This full-time position includes employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must have six months experience in general janitorial work
• Experience and knowledge in using cleaning solutions
• Must be able to use various hand tools and cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets, buff floors, and clean ceiling tiles, vents and accessories
• Assist kitchen staff with disassembling, sanitizing and reassembling appliances
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
