Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the kitchen per HACCP guidelines.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faults to supervisor.
