Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with chemicals or in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and process chemical compounds according to established formulas and specifications.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment used in track surface production.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Inspect materials for quality and consistency throughout the process.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting; work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet schedules and deadlines.
