Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers in Goshen, IN. You’ll provide friendly checkout service as a cashier and keep shelves stocked as a stocker, contributing to a smooth store operation and great customer experience.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with planned increases: Year 2 $19.50, Year 3 $20.00, Year 4 $20.00, Year 5 $21.00. Must be able to work under standard conditions and meet availability requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment including POS, cash registers, pallet jacks, and floor scrubber.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Maintain attendance and meet availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies and line policy.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Stock shelves neatly following merchandising planograms.
• Arrive to work as early as 5:00am.
