Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bulk Technician/Driver to run a daily route, operate a company truck and trailer, and document bulky items on our mobile app. This is a physical, hands-on role with lifting, hauling, and outdoor work in landfill environments.

The position requires a valid non-CDL license, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Overtime may be required; pay ranges from $21 to $22 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 consecutive years of licensed driving.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card) if required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer to service properties along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
• Haul collected items to the disposal facility and unload upon arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns or service exceptions to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues or incidents immediately.
