You will set up and prepare breakfast, keep items stocked, clean equipment to standards, and relay orders for the following week to the GM/AGM, with breakdown and cleanup after service. A positive attitude and punctuality are essential.

• Keep all equipment cleaned and up to standards.
• Make sure all Breakfast needs are met including making sure orders for the following week are communicated with GM/AGM.
• And break down breakfast after hours and clean up.
