Job summary

Willow Valley Communities is seeking a Continental Breakfast Attendant (Part-Time) for The Manor North in Lancaster, PA. You will assist with breakfast service, support catering functions, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment for Residents and guests.

This role emphasizes warm hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to HACCP and safety protocols. Hours are early morning, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow within Dining Services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Breakfast preparation or baking experience is a plus (1–3 months preferred).
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breakfast items.
• Use kitchen equipment to prepare daily food items.
• Set up and maintain food service areas during meals.
• Prepare for, set up, and clean catering and banquet functions.
• Clean and sanitize tables and reset them for meals.
• Maintain dining room and kitchen cleanliness per schedules.
• Operate dishwashers and sanitize cookware and dishes.
• Assist with catering setup, delivery, and cleanup.
• Receive deliveries and store items per HACCP guidelines.
• Follow HACCP and food safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while operating equipment and transporting items.
• Complete tasks in the Daily Sanitation Checklist.
• Attend team meetings, in-services, and trainings.
