Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Clive, IA is seeking a Baker to join our team. Bakers start early, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, and work with the team to ensure fresh, quality products for each shift.

You will assist guests, help with order taking and sandwich preparation, and uphold a clean store with strong teamwork to deliver great guest experiences. We value reliability and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product each shift.
• Assist guests with orders and sandwich making as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and uphold food safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and teamwork across shifts.
